2. Booking and confirmation.
Appointments must be confirmed through the contact form, phone, or email. Once confirmed, a time slot is reserved specifically for you. We aim to arrive within the arranged time window. Clear communication will be maintained if any changes occur.

3. Pet suitability.
We ask that pets be clean, non-aggressive, and ready for grooming. If a pet shows signs of distress or aggressive behavior, we may end the session early. In such cases, partial service may be charged. Our groomers prioritize safety above all.

4. Service limitations.
Not all grooming services are available for all breeds or conditions. The groomer will evaluate the situation before starting. We may decline or adjust the service depending on coat condition, age, or health. All actions are taken with pet well-being in mind.

5. Health and hygiene responsibility.
Clients must inform us of any known health conditions or special care requirements. We maintain high hygiene standards but rely on accurate information. This helps us plan a suitable and safe grooming approach. Full disclosure supports better outcomes.

6. Pricing and payment.
Service prices are clearly listed and confirmed before the visit. Additional fees apply only for optional add-ons with your agreement. Payments can be made by cash or transfer at the time of service. Receipts are available upon request.

7. Rescheduling and cancellation.
