🔁 Return and Refund Policy

1. Appointment cancellation.
Clients may cancel appointments with no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after this time may result in a partial fee. This helps cover travel and preparation costs already committed. Timely notice allows us to serve other clients.

2. Refund conditions.
Once a grooming service has started or been completed, it is non-refundable. Our groomers allocate time, equipment, and care for each session. We aim to complete services as agreed upon during booking. If an issue arises, we’ll seek a reasonable solution.

3. Missed appointments.
If no one is available at the agreed time and location, we may charge a portion of the fee. This is to cover time and resources used for that visit. We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if changes arise. We’re flexible when informed in advance.

4. Grooming refusal due to safety.
If a pet becomes highly distressed or aggressive, the session may be stopped. In such cases, a partial service charge may still apply. Safety of both pet and groomer is a top priority. We always try to find a calming solution before stopping.

5. Service adjustments.
If the requested grooming service needs to be modified due to coat condition or health, we will inform you before proceeding. No extra charges are made without consent. Adjustments are made to protect the pet’s well-being. You’ll be kept informed at all times.

6. Refund request process.
To request a refund for an approved reason, contact us by email or phone. Explain the situation and your preferred outcome. We will respond promptly and professionally. Each case is reviewed individually with fairness.

7. Fair use of policy.
This policy is intended to be reasonable and protect both parties. Abusive or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refused bookings. We aim for mutual respect and understanding. Most clients never encounter these issues.

8. Updates to refund policy.
We may update this policy to improve service and fairness. All updates will be posted clearly on this page. Continued use of our service implies agreement to the updated version. We recommend checking this policy before booking again.
